Proposed 2026 Budget
The proposed 2026 budget was distributed to homeowners by email on July 23, 2026. The proposed budget includes a $350.00 supplemental assessment, which is due from all homeowners no later than December 31, 2026.
Please take time to carefully review the Supplemental Assessment Notice, particularly if you are enrolled in AutoPay. Please note that AutoPay is different from Bill Pay. The notice contains important information regarding the supplemental assessment, payment instructions, and answers to frequently asked questions.
If you are paying by check or money order, you must submit a separate payment for the supplemental assessment and write "2026 Supplemental Assessment" on the memo line. This will help ensure your payment is applied correctly. Payments received without this designation may be applied to your oldest outstanding balance.
As a reminder, the proposed budget and Supplemental Assessment Notice are available on the Association's website: 2026 Proposed Budget
Homeowner Account Balance Update
Sentry Management continues to work diligently to update homeowner account balances transferred from the former management company, Community Services Group (CSG).
Sentry recently received the homeowner ledgers from CSG and is currently reviewing the information for accuracy. Once this review is complete, the updated account balances will be uploaded to the Sentry homeowner portal. Sentry anticipates that the updated balances will be available by the end of August 2026.
In the meantime, homeowners should continue to make their regular assessment payments based on the amounts currently due beginning May 1, 2026.
As a reminder, late fees and interest began being applied to homeowner accounts in August 2026. To avoid additional charges, please ensure that your August assessment payment is received and posted to your account no later than August 10, 2026.
Community Center Dropbox
Please do NOT place your HOA assessment payment in the Dropbox at the Community Center.
HOA assessment payments placed in the Community Center Dropbox will be returned to the homeowner and will not be forwarded to Sentry Management. For more information, see Frequently Asked Questions.
